Contributing to the development of military and civilian leaders is one of the goals of the UAE National Defence College. To this end, the UAE NDC held a short course for the employees of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC " during the period 2 -6 September, 2018 as part of their program to prepare young leaders. The course focuses on the general principles and concepts of strategy and decision-making steps at the strategic level.
