His Excellency Dr. Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, extended his appreciation for the warm welcome by the National Defence College on Tuesday 8 May 2018. He was received by H.E Staff Pilot Major General Rashad Mohammed Al Saadi, NDC Commandant, and Staff Brigadier Engineer Tareq Al Zaabi, NDC Deputy Commandant, and a group of officers. H.E Dr. Anwar Gargash delivered a lecture on the UAE's foreign policy and regional challenges. The lecture was attended by all participants of the fifth NDC Course, and faculty members and staff. H.E gave an explanation about the most important changes in the international scene, which require building capacity and creating effective Arab partnerships that face the challenges and contribute to the changes in the international landscape today.
