Major General Staff Pilot Fares Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA) delivered a lecture at the National Defence College on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. He was received by NDC Commandant Major General Staff Pilot Rashad Mohammed Salem Al Saadi. The lecture was attended by 5th UAE NDC Course faculty and participants.
