Major General Staff Salim Hilal Surour Al Kaabi, Commander of the Reserve Force, delivered a lecture at the National Defence College titled “Headquarters of the Reserve Force” on Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was received by NDC Commandant Major General Staff Pilot Rashad Mohammed Salem Al Saadi. The lecture was attended by 5th UAE NDC Course faculty and participants.
