As part of the Information Course, the NDC course 2017-2018 conducted a visit to the Abu Dhabi Media Zone TwoFour54 on Monday, January 29, 2018 With a view to understand the importance of strategic communication in enabling or (disabling) other elements of the power of the state, challenges in formulating and conveying the message in a strategic manner, and analyzing the role of state resources in enhancing strategic communication.
