H.E. Major General Aqab Shaheen Al-Ali, Commandant of the National Defence College and the participants of the 8th NDC Course 2020-2021 visited the Ministry of Defence on Tuesday ,May 25, 2021.
The delegation met H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Bawardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs and attended a number of lectures given by senior officers in the ministry.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce and inform NDC participants, who were accompanied by NDC officers and members of the faculty, about the UAE's military policy.
The lectures presented during the visit also shed light on the Ministry of Defence's role in supporting national military industries and preparing the defence environment for the state.
As part of the military protocols and traditions of the UAE Armed Forces, His Excellency Major General Aqab Shaheen Al-Ali, Commandant of the National Defence College, the head of the college delegation presented a memorial gift to the hosts of the Ministry of Defence and expressed his thanks for the benefits achieved from the visit.
