NDC hosted H.E. Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces for a meeting with the participants of the 8th NDC Course on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the college's campus. H.E. the Deputy Chief of Staff was received at the NDC campus by H.E. Major General Aqab Shaheen Alali, NDC Commandant and the NDC Deputy Commandant.
During the meeting, the Deputy Chief of Staff praised the college's position and its role in preparing and qualifying military and civilian leaders and honing their skills in identifying and assessing the challenges of national, regional and international security.
The Deputy Chief of Staff explored the NDC role in graduating participants with the ability to understand the foundations and requirements of managing and employing state resources to protect national interests. His Excellency also highlighted the role of the NDC graduates in performing the skills acquired during the NDC course after completing all the course requirements and returning to their workplaces as the wise leadership trusts them in protecting the country's security, sovereignty, stability, interests , and capabilities at all times.
At the closing remarks, H.E. explained the need to have a national spirit of dedication to serve the state and its people and wished them continued success.
