Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, The UAE Ministry of Defence held the annual Leaders Conference of The 21st Century Wars on 6th and 7th November 2019 under the theme “winning the digital warfare”. The conference discussed the global rapid changes in the field of digital wars development and its implications on the most important theories, as well as its various instruments and mechanisms.
The conference, in which a selection of senior leaders, intellectuals, local and international specialists participate, discussed the impact of digital and cyber wars on the national security and critical capabilities of states in peacetime, including impact on military capabilities, and the search for the best ways and means to achieve victory in such wars.
The NDC Course 2019-2020 participants and faculty members attended the conference to explore the future developments and challenges of digital war.
