Within the framework of the Information Course, NDC Course 2016-2017 visited TwoFour54 in 30 January 2017 to explore the role of strategic communication and the role of state resources in supporting it. The NDC Course participants were briefed by H.E. Noura Alkaabi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, about the leading role of TwoFour54 in media in terms of innovation, training, productivity and communication. The participant were also briefed about partners and their role in achieving the UAE strategic communication
