H.E. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, presented the strategic directions of policies to enhance the efficiency of the job market in the UAE and enhance the competitiveness of Emirati cadres.
This came in a lecture delivered by H.E. at the National Defence College, in the presence of H.E. Major General Staff Aqab Shaheen Al Ali, Commandant of NDC, alongside his Deputy and Wing Commanders, and the participants of the 9th National Defense Course.
H.E. the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation explained during the lecture the ministry's methodology aimed at supporting the knowledge economy and promoting an environment of cultural diversity in the job market in the UAE, referring to programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Emirati cadres and attracting them to the job market, thus contributing to raising the productivity of the national economy.
He pointed to the role of MOHRE in increasing the attraction of global competencies through flexibility in the job market and providing a safe and attractive environment for these competencies, in addition to enhancing the welfare of the workforce with an effective and supportive governance system for the job market.
