H.E. Lt. Gen. Ali Mohamed sobeih Alkaabi, the Commissioner head of the Federal Customs Authority Visited NDC on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 to deliver a lecture on “non-war military operations" to the NDC course, 2015-2016. At the end of the lecture H.E discussed with the NDC participants issues covered in the lecture and gave detailed answers and comments. The lecture was attended by NDC Commandant, Major General Staff Pilot Rashad Mohammed Alsadi and faculty members.
