The 4th NDC Course 2016-2007 was inaugurated by the NDC Commandant, Major General Staff Pilot Rashad Mohamed Alsaadi on Sunday, August 28, 2016. The course included 37 participants who are officers from the UAE Armed Forces and the Ministry of Interior, in addition to civil servants from ministries and authorities.
The event was started by a speech delivered by the NDC Commandant where he congratulated them on their entry to the NDC and wished them further in their academic lives in service of their home country and the coming generations.
