On Thursday, October 31, 2013, a delegation from NDC headed by the College Commandant, Staff Pilot Major General Rashad Mohammad Al Sa’adi, paid a visit to the National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority (NCEMA). The NDC delegation was received by H.E. Mohammed Khalfan Al Rmeithi, General Director of NCEMA. The visit was started by a welcoming speech made by the General Director of NCEMA and was followed by a presentation to familiarize the NDC delegation with NCEMA functions, the concept of operations and national response framework. Moreover, a draft MOU of cooperation on training, research and technical fields was discussed. During the visit, The NDC delegation toured the National Operations Center. At the end of the visit, the two sides exchanged gifts.
