H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, today received a delegation from the National Defence College, NDC, headed by Major-General Rashad Mohamed Salem Al-Saadi, NDC Commandant. During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah welcomed the delegation and stressed the ministry's keenness to extend bridges of communication with all establishments in the country, praising the leadership's wise decision to establish the college as an extension of academic and scientific institutions in the UAE. The minister and his guests also discussed the overall developments in the region, the UAE's relationship with neighboring countries, and addressed a number of topics at the global level. The NDC Commandant highlighted the college's tasks, general curriculum, and NDC objectives as part of its role in preparing military and civilian leaders and raising their capacity in identifying and assessing national security and regional and international challenges.
