The UAE NDC hosted on Monday, May 5, 2013, Dr. James S. Corum, from the Republic of Estonia and currently holding the position of the Dean of Baltic Defense College at NATO to deliver a lecture entitled “Strategy of Asymmetrical and Hybrid Warfare”. During the lecture, the speaker addressed several key issues including strategy of regular and asymmetrical warfare, difficulties facing conventional warfare, U.S concepts of modern warfare, the role of the leader in war and the role of media in modern warfare.
