The 3rd NDC Course 2016-2007 was inaugurated by the NDC Commandant, Major General Staff Pilot Rashad Mohamed Alsaadi on Sunday, August 30, 2015. The course included 38 participants who are officers from the UAE Armed Forces and the Ministry of Interior in addition to civil servants from ministries and authorities. The event was started by a speech delivered by the NDC Commandant where he congratulates them wishing them more success in their academic life in service of their home country and the coming generations
