NDC Course participants 2016/2017 attended the 5th Shooting Festival on Tuesday 7 March 2017. Organized by the Supporting Units at Sabkhat Al hafar, the shooting festival aims at developing the individual and team shooting skills of the UAE’s youth, promoting the spirit of competition, patriotism and loyalty to our wise leadership, as well as fortifying the bond between the Armed Forces and the local community. The shooting festival included activities such as: cavalry camel parade, artillery gunfire, 5.56 rifle shooting contests, Caracal 9 mm shooting, 0.22 mm rifle shooting, and clay pigeon shooting using 5.56 mm rifle and shot shell CSS.
