South Korea Delegation Visits National Defense College

As part of the visit program between the National Defense College and other international academic institutions and agencies, a highly official delegation from South Korea headed by General Daehyun Young ,the Director General of National Defense Education Policy, paid a visit to the National Defense College. The visiting delegation was received by Staff Pilot Maj. Gen. Rashad Mohammad Al Sa'adi, the College Commandant, Dr. John Ballard, the Dean of College, and a number of college senior officers and directing staff. The South Korean delegation was given a detailed brief on the college's vision, mission, objectives, and future aspirations, particularly; its plans to start the first NDC course in September 2013. Additionally, a number of important academic issues at the strategic level of common interest were discussed by both parties. After gift-giving and photo-taking ceremony, the guest delegation was seen off by college Commandant and staff and was wished enjoyable stay in the UAE.
