The National Defense College hosted on Monday, December 9, 2013, Dr. Sa'ad Al Barrak from Zain Telecommunications Company to talk about leading and managing transformational change. The speaker emphasized the importance of the two pillars of strategic leadership and the ability to create change and to influence others. At the end of the lecture, the speaker answered the participant students' questions.
