A delegation from NDC headed by Staff Pilot Maj. Gen. Rashad Mohammad Al Saadi , the NDC Commandant, visited the U.S National Defense University during the period from 25 to 29 April, 2011. The delegation included Dr. Badr Abu Al Ela , Dr. Thani Al Mheiri and Dr.Nabil Ibrahim, Chancellor of Abu Dhabi University.
