H.E. Staff Lt. Gen. Eng. Issa Saif bin Ablan Al Mazrouei, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, met participants of the 9th National Defence Course 2021-2022 on Tuesday, 17/5/2022 at NDC.
During his meeting with the participants, H.E. praised NDC’s role in preparing and qualifying military and civilian leaders, emphasizing its critical role in developing their abilities to identify and assess national, regional, and international security challenges. In his speech, he mentioned the UAE's strategy, which is represented by the Ministry of Defence, and its role in graduating them and having the ability to comprehend the foundations and prerequisites for managing and deploying the country's resources in order to preserve its national interests.
H.E. also referred to their role in carrying out the course requirements and applying them to reality after completing all of the requirements and returning to their workplaces, not to forget the skills and experience they gained.
In the end, H.E. emphasized to the participants the importance of displaying patriotism, demonstrating a spirit of giving and sincerity in work, and continuing to pursue all that would benefit the country and those on it, wishing them ongoing success.
