The UAE NDC received H.E. Abdulla Mohamed Al Basti, Secretary General of the UAE Cabinet on Tuesday, 8 March 2016, to give a lecture entitled "The Strategic and Regulatory Role of the New UAE Government” to the UAE NDC Course 2015-2016. At the end of the lecture, H.E discussed with participant-students various aspects covered during the lecture, and answered questions from the audience.
