National Defense College celebrated the 37th Anniversary of the UAE Armed Forces Unification where the College Commandant Staff Pilot Maj. Gen. Rashad Mohammad Al Sa'adi made a speech in which he said “Undoubtedly, the occasion being observed today is one of the most important events in the UAE’s past, present and future because it marks a historic shift on the glorious march of the Union. The role of the Armed Forces at the beginning of union experience was very crucial because:the federal union would have been weak if the UAE Armed Forces had not been united under one command, and the unification of the UAE Armed Forces under one command, one flag, one emblem and one system was a prerequisite for a solid union, a stable country and a national sustainable development.
