General Zubair Mahmoud Hayat, Pakistani Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff delivered a lecture entitled "Regional Security Situation" for the 5th UAE NDC Course on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. He was well received by Major General Staff Pilot Rashad Mohamed Alsaadi UAE NDC Commandant. The visit was concluded by a group photo and gifts exchange.
