The National Defence College hosted Colonel Professor Sang Beom-yoo and his accompanying delegation of officers and students of the National Defence University of the Republic of Korea on Monday, 10/9/2023, in the College’s headquarters.
The guest and his accompanying delegation were received by Major General Salem Saeed Bin Harmal Al Shamsi, the Commander of the National Defence College and the wings commanders in the College where a group photo was taken at the beginning of the visit.
The National Defence University delegation of the Republic of Korea aims to get acquainted with the National Defence College of the UAE, where a brief was given about the College including the College’s vision, mission and goals, in addition to introducing the National Defense College academic program that is taught to its course participants.
The visiting delegation was also introduced to the most important wings and education facilities including study halls which are equipped with devices and tools to assist participants in the learning process and that are used for discussion and training.
At the end of the visit, the delegation from the National Defence University of the Republic of Korea expressed their appreciation for the warm hospitality and introduction of the college and its most important goals.
The leader of the National Defence University delegation of the Republic of Korea recorded his speech in the visitors’ register of the National Defense College, after which the two parties exchanged souvenirs.
