The latest developments that the armed forces have witnessed at the national and international levels have necessitated the establishment of an academic center for qualifying selected candidates to be future leaders of the states institutions and departments.

To this end, the UAE NDC has been established for developing students knowledge in national strategy and security as well as the principles, tools and concepts of leadership and planning at the strategic level.
